We trim back overgrown grass and power-blow the entire surface to remove dirt and debris.

Prime Oil Spots

Oil spots repel sealcoat. We treat and prime chemical stains so the sealer adheres properly.

We melt and inject hot-rubberized crack filler deep into the structural voids.

Seal & Barricade

We apply a thick, even coat of premium sealer and barricade the area to cure.

HOT MIX VS. COLD PATCH

Not all repairs are created equal. We use the exact right material for your specific structural issue to ensure a permanent fix.

🔥 Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA)

When to use: Severe structural failures, alligator cracking, and large cut-and-replace patching.

The Benefits: This is raw, heated asphalt fresh from the plant. When compacted, it fuses with the surrounding pavement, creating a permanent, watertight, and load-bearing repair that lasts for years. This is the industry standard for true restoration.

❄️ Cold Patch

When to use: Emergency winter pothole filling or temporary surface fixes when asphalt plants are closed.

The Benefits: Can be applied in freezing temperatures and standing water to temporarily eliminate hazards until a permanent hot-mix repair can be made in the spring. It is a band-aid, not a cure.
